Will I be locked into a contract?

Answer - No, we keep things simple, your power, your choice.

How do I pay my bill?

Answer - When you sign up you'll be asked to fill in a direct debit form for your power supply.

How much is your daily rate charge?

Answer - We do not charge you a daily rate unless you are exporting your excess solar generation.

Can I use my credit card for payments?

Answer - We cannot take credit card payments at this time.

When do you take the direct debit payments out of my bank?

Answer - We charge you weekly so it is easier to budget. Normally the payment is debited from your account on a Wednesday.
